EMIS Template
& Searches
The EMIS templates and searches, developed by CEG, help PCNs achieve their performance targets by recording clinical interventions and monitoring progress. The templates have sections for LTC information, with double asterisk check boxes corresponding to ICCQ KPIs. EMIS searches allow PCNs to track progress used by ICB to monitor outcomes and improve care delivery. Utilizing these tools effectively optimizes performance, improves patient care, and meets targets efficiently.

CEGs 'Personalised Care Support Template' covers most intervention areas from the Learning Disabilities service specification, make sure to use the one with (RP) tag as this is the latest version.
Searches
CEGs has a few searches on Learning Disabilities, covering reporting of health checks and action plans to support searches to identify coding errors, missed intervention components amongst others.
