EMIS Template
& Searches
The EMIS templates and searches, developed by CEG, help PCNs achieve their performance targets by recording clinical interventions and monitoring progress. The templates have sections for LTC information, with double asterisk check boxes corresponding to ICCQ KPIs. EMIS searches allow PCNs to track progress used by ICB to monitor outcomes and improve care delivery. Utilizing these tools effectively optimizes performance, improves patient care, and meets targets efficiently.

Searches
To access CEG's Integrated Care searches on EMIS, use the population reporting function. Complete searches are available there, which can help you create patient lists and monitor performance over time.
